Starbucks in Heidelberg

Very fresh?

Good coffee! & pleasant coworkers.

Unfortunately, this time, like last week, not satisfactory. For just under € 20 for two people .... Coffee on request that it should be hotter than last week, constant! Only two employees who have to do the big shop and all the work on their own. Unfortunately, service is therefore less to be desired. Carrot cake has had fresh days, etc .....

After thinking about it for a long time, we had another coffee today at Starbucks in the main street. After the last time I was disappointed because the coffee was too cold. But today they shot the bird. Cold coffee. Service unfriendly and Overloaded. Not to mention hygiene ... Thanks for that !!!

Nice branch, unfortunately you get the free shoot here that you have free as a gold member still charged.

They don't open. Opening times on google are from 9am. Opening times on the door say from 10:30. At 11:00, they still aren't open. Seriously, what's the point of having a location if you're never going to be open. Starbucks should just close this location. It's only coffee for dinner here.

Correct your opening times. I found a closed door.

Nothing special. Overpriced coffee (in euro) with mediocre taste.

Nothing special. However, you could find different mugs from different cities. Don’t forget to bring the Heidelberg one back!

This Starbucks is so beautiful and right in the heart of Heidelberg’s old town. I know it’s very American to want to visit Starbucks in Europe, but honestly sometimes you just really want an iced coffee and it’s nice to be able to get it in such a nice location.

Wonderfully located in the old town. We don't have to talk about prices, everyone knows that before entering the store. :-)

Disaster, never again! Staff rude, both toilets out of order. I had to go to the other restaurant with the 3-year-old child. Cup with the coffee was dirty! Complete service sloppy !!

Classic Starbucks

Well, it's a Starbucks. No surprises here.

I have never ever been in such dirty coffee shop, especially Starbucks. Staff is laziest ever. Even when you tell them to clean the table, she come and only wet the table. Toilet is broken. Shame for management

A nice place, but there is a lack of staff here. Dirty toilets and unclean dishes cloud the whole shape of the café. You could improve it, if you finally hire an additional cleaning force.

Simply a nice space to sit and read

Dirty, grimy and smelly. The manager should understand that it's time to do something. It's a shame because it would be a beautiful, cozy place.

I love this starbucks because it has a unique decoration.

Starbucks in general don't have better coffee than any other cafe (in my opinion) and they are costlier too... Inspite of these I visit starbucks because of the amazing service, the friendliness of the staffs and how they often go out of their ways to give great service. But this Starbucks is nothing like the other Starbucks ive visited. Unfriendly, place looks like a run down unkempt cafe, oh and ya... The toilet was so so dirty I couldn't use it, toilet paper everywhere, smells awful. I won't be going back.

A beautiful and big Starbucks. The quality of the coffee is good, as in all branches. The ambience is modern and cozy. It is usually very busy here, because the place is very popular. The staff is always friendly and fix despite the stress. Here I can switch off well and enjoy my hot drink. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The interior design is unique. If you're in Heidelberg, you can have a glass of ice americano here. But I give ice americano glass to unusual glass

Very low quality for this price. The building is not clean, the personnel doesn't take care. Will never go to any Starbucks anymore.

Been there twice. Both times the toilets were so dirty that I would rather not have gone. After alerting the staff, they just said okay and made no effort to fix it. Drinks were too sweet. Atmosphere rather uncomfortable and not welcome.

Friendly, efficient service, good location

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to until now. Very noisy, dirty, the distribution of tables and chairs is very weird and not comfy, the coffee doesn't taste the same every time, the shop sometimes doesn't open on time, and it's full with flies.

Cold brew. 5998, if you are urgent o.O

We went for a coffee with my boyfriend and the girl who hands out the drinks was very rude with us. We requested her the cardboard that prevents the burning in your hands because we didn't find any and when she got one , she made us wait pretending we weren't there while serving more drinks, finally she threw at us the cardboard and made us feel very uncomfortable, plus, this is the first Sturbucks where they don't call you by your name.
